Stephanie is an experienced talent management executive with significant business experience in a large multi-national healthcare company. After a successful sales career, Stephanie became an organizational development consultant. One of her biggest achievements was leading the organizational development work for a global digital transformation program, successfully executing a new organizational design, change management plan, and ways of working using technology to communicate with healthcare professionals. Stephanie was also a primary contributor to GSK winning the 2016 ICF PRISM Award for the company’s Accelerating Difference for Women Program and internal coaching program.
