Your Retreat Hub

April 22–24, 2026 | Grace Winery | Glen Mills, PA

Welcome. If you’re here, it means you’ve said yes to something we’ve been thoughtfully creating for months and we are so glad you’re part of this group.

This page is your home base for everything related to the retreat. We’ll keep it updated as we get closer, so bookmark it and come back anytime. If something isn’t here yet, it’s coming. If you have questions in the meantime, reach out to Kelly at kelly@bloomexecutivecoaching.com.

The Experience

Over two and a half days at the beautiful Grace Winery, you’ll move through an intentional arc designed to meet you where you are and take you somewhere meaningful.

Day

01

Restore

Arrive, exhale, and connect. Your first afternoon is designed to help you land — not just physically, but energetically. You’ll begin by getting to know this group in a way that goes deeper than small talk, building the kind of trust and connection that only happens when you’re truly present with people who understand this work. From there, you’ll learn from each other’s wisdom in a generous peer exchange that will leave you inspired by what’s in the room. Your evening together begins with a five-course dinner at the winery.

Day

02

Explore

Expand your perspective through shared learning, experimentation, and creative visioning. Your morning brings a hands-on AI Innovation Lab led by our partners at Google, where you’ll explore how AI can practically support your coaching work (curiosity is the only prerequisite). In the afternoon, you’ll shift into a reflective, creative space — visioning what’s next for you through guided inquiry and meaningful dialogue about legacy, purpose, and impact. The day closes with a restorative sound bath.

Day

03

Expand

Integrate insights and carry them forward. Your final morning is about making it stick. Through a reflective mastery walk, peer coaching, and a facilitated group close, you’ll leave with clarity on what you’re taking home and how you’ll bring it to life.

Woven throughout: yoga, time in nature, beautiful meals, and the kind of unhurried conversation that only happens when you’re truly present with people who understand this work.

Weather & What to Wear

Late April in Glen Mills brings beautiful spring weather — but it can be variable. Here's what to expect so you can pack with confidence:

60s° F

Daytime Highs

Typically low-to-mid 60s. May reach the low 70s with afternoon sun.

40s° F

Morning/Evening

Mid-to-upper 40s. Early yoga and evening strolls will have a chill.

33%

Rain Chance

Roughly a 1-in-3 chance of showers. A light rain jacket is a smart choice.

The bottom line: Think layers. The winery grounds are gorgeous and we'll be moving between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the retreat. Mornings will be cool, afternoons pleasant, and evenings are perfect with a sweater or light jacket.

What's Included

Your retreat experience is all-inclusive: two nights of lodging at the winery estate, all meals (including a five-course dinner on your first evening), and every session and experience throughout our time together.

Packing Tips

There's no dress code and no need to impress. Pack for comfort, presence, and a little bit of weather flexibility:

  • Comfortable layers you can mix and match — a light jacket, a cozy sweater or wrap for evenings, and something warm enough for early morning yoga outdoors
  • Walking shoes for the winery grounds and our Day 3 mastery walk (think vineyard paths and garden trails, not paved sidewalks)
  • A light rain jacket or packable umbrella, just in case
  • A laptop for the AI Innovation Lab — no technical expertise needed, just curiosity
  • Yoga-friendly clothing if you’d like to join the Friday morning session (optional but encouraged)
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen — late April sun can be surprisingly warm
  • Whatever helps you feel grounded: a favorite journal, a pen you love, a book for quiet moments
